Nuala McEvoy is from North West England but has lived abroad for many years. She started writing and painting during the pandemic. Since then, she has had poetry and prose published online and in magazines and an anthology. She has also read her poems aloud on podcasts.
Nuala taught herself to paint using acrylics, and currently has exhibitions in the Vinothek am Theater and in Mio Restaurant in Münster, Germany. Her artwork can be found in Free Flash Fiction, Red Ogre Review and Quibble Lit. She has recently been interviewed about her creative process by The Madrid Review. More artwork is upcoming in Chestnut Review, Through Lines and Londemere Lit.

Artist’s Note:
Space City 5 is part of a series of paintings which are intended to appeal to both adults and children alike. The idea behind these paintings is to trigger the imagination. I hope that when people look at these paintings, they start to imagine life beyond earth and even beyond the universe.
