Submission Guidelines
We publish poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction—including flash, micro, short stories, and essays—as well as photography and art, bi-annually in April and October.
Please review the general and specific genre submission guidelines below before you submit. We also recommend that you read through our past issues to get a sense of what we like and have recently published, and please consider tracking your submission on Duotrope or Chill Subs.

Submissions for Issue 12 will open June 15 and close August 15.
For this themed issue, we invite work engaging myth and legend in all their forms—from imagined and speculative worlds to local, familial, and cultural stories passed down through time. We’re interested in writing and art that considers how belief takes shape, and how stories continue to guide, trouble, or sustain us.
We welcome poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and visual art, and we especially encourage submissions that approach myth broadly: as fantasy or folklore, as inherited narrative, or as personal story held close.
